The inaugural Greg Newsome softball game will be recognized across Ohio as a highly anticipated family event. This event includes family activities, a home run derby, followed by seven-innings of softball. The softball game will be a day filled with a plethora of entertainment, excitement, rivalry, philanthropy and much more!

Denzel Nehemiah Ward is an American football cornerback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He played college football at Ohio State.
Nicholas Jamaal Chubb is an American football running back for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He played college football at Georgia and was drafted by the Browns in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Chubb has been named to four Pro Bowls during his NFL career.
Kareem AJ Hunt is an American football running back who is a free agent. He played college football at Toledo and was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. As a rookie in 2017, he led the NFL in rushing yards and was selected to the Pro Bowl.
Terrell Eldorado Owens, nicknamed “T.O.”, is an American football wide receiver for the Knights of Degen of Fan Controlled Football (FCF). He previously played in the National Football League for 15 seasons. Regarded as one of the greatest wide receivers of all time, Owens ranks third in NFL history in career receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
After playing college football and basketball at Chattanooga, Owens was selected in the third round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. Owens was a member of the team for seven seasons until he was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2004. Two years later, he signed with the Dallas Cowboys, where he spent three seasons. Owens’ NFL career subsequently concluded after one season each with the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals. He also played for the Allen Wranglers of the Indoor Football League (IFL) in 2012 and returned to professional football in 2022 with Fan Controlled Football (FCF).
A six-time Pro Bowl and five-time first-team All-Pro selection, Owens also created a significant amount of controversy during his professional career and attracted attention for his flamboyant touchdown celebrations. He was inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018, in his third year of eligibility.

Trent McDuffie (born September 13, 2000) is an American football cornerback for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Washington and was drafted by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. McDuffie then became a starting corner for the Chiefs as the team won Super Bowl LVII in his rookie season.
Jedrick Wills Jr. is an American football offensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He played college football at Alabama and was drafted by the Browns in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
D’Anthony Bell is an American football safety for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He played college football at West Florida.
